Rainbow Pancakes: Happy Pancake Tuesday!
Pancake Day or Pancake Tuesday is one of our Kids’ favourite days of the year! And they are right to be so excited: a day dedicated to pancakes has got to be good!
Pancakes are wonderfully simple to make, so gathering the kids in the kitchen to make and flip freshly made pancakes is a fun family tradition for all ages!
Another great thing about pancakes is the endless varieties in which they can be made: it can be made with fresh fruit, chocolate chips and all types of syrups. It doesn’t matter how you prepare them, pancakes will be mouth-watering and delicious no matter what!
But here is an idea to make our Little Ones even happier today: RAINBOW PANCAKES! All you have to do is prepare your pancake recipe as usual – different batches in different bowls – adding different types of food colouring in each bowl (you can find natural food colouring in health shops!).
Prepare each ‘colour batch’ stack them, and let the Kids use their imagination to decorate their plate! From rainbows to caterpillars and funny faces, these colour pancakes are sure to become Family’s most favourite!
