Enrolment Terms & Conditions

Little Harvard opens for fifty-one weeks of the year, closing only during the Christmas period and Bank Holidays. Childcare fees are payable for fifty-two weeks of the year and are payable monthly in advance. The weekly amount is given for information purposes only.

A deposit of one month’s fee is payable upon enrolment for each family. This deposit secures your child’s place in the creche and will be refunded 30 days after the booking has ended.

A valid direct debit mandate must be completed at the same time as the enrolment form. 

The deposit as well as all fees are payable by means of direct debit.

Your child’s monthly fee is debited from your account on the first working day of each month or the closest day possible thereafter. It is each parent’s responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are in place to cover your direct debit. 

Should a direct debit be returned unpaid Little Harvard will charge a €25 admin fee to cover bank charges and administration costs. There will also be a €25 admin fee for reinstating direct debits and setting up a new direct debit mandate, i.e. €50 in total.

All overdue accounts are automatically and routinely referred to a credit management company for collection. If this referral becomes necessary, a collection fee of 20% will be applied to the outstanding balance.

SIX WEEKS PAID NOTICE must be given if you wish to cancel or transfer your child's booking.

In the case of a cancellation or transfer, a cancellation or transfer form MUST be filled out.

The form is available here or on our website www.littleharvard.ie under parents, cancellation / transfer form. You will then receive a confirmation email confirming the request has been received. Notice will not be deemed to be received unless we have received the cancellation or transfer form via our website. Although you can communicate your wishes to the managers and staff, any such communication will not be deemed to be notice unless the appropriate form has been completed on our website.

SIX WEEKS NOTICE must also be given if you wish to amend your child's booking. This request must be emailed to notice@littleharvard.ie. Booking change requests are subject to availability and your manager will contact you upon receipt of the request to discuss the proposed change.

Please note that failure to adhere to the terms and conditions could result in the immediate termination of your child’s spot in the creche and you being charged for the 6 weeks’ notice period.
