Your information will only be used for this purpose and will not be shared with any third parties outside of this context.

  • Little Harvard’s role is simply to help connect local homeowners with staff who are moving to the area. Any rental arrangements, terms, or agreements are made privately between you and the employee.

  • No, there’s absolutely no expectation to provide meals. This initiative is focused on room rental only, so you don’t need to prepare food or offer any additional services.

  • All financial arrangements such as rent, deposits, or utilities are organised directly between you and the employee. Little Harvard isn’t involved in the payment process.

  • You have complete flexibility to set the rent at a level that feels fair to you. You can also decide whether utilities or other costs are included. Little Harvard does not influence or set pricing,it’s entirely up to you and what works best for your home.

  • We understand that sometimes arrangements don’t suit everyone long-term. You and the employee can simply follow whichever notice period you agreed at the beginning of the rental.
