We at Little Harvard always ensure that each child who enters our door is loved and cherished as all children should be. We strive to provide an environment where we love, educate and care for each child, in doing this we prepare them with the tools and skills necessary for every day life. At Little Harvard we also recognise that each child is an individual and we watch this flourish through play, freedom of choice, and early education methods.
We realise that in order to provide the highest standard of childcare care we need to provide our children with staff who have a genuine love and interest for children. When choosing a carer or teacher for our children we of course look for an extremely high standard of qualification, but we believe that one of the foremost criteria in employing someone for our creches is their love and understanding of children. We at Little Harvard ensure that they are provided with the necessary training and qualification. As a company we continually provide training and refresher courses for staff members.
At Little Harvard we understand the importance of nutritious food and its benefits. At all of our créches we provide our children with a healthy and balanced diet, we also cater for children with dietary requirements. All of our meals are prepared by our chef on a daily basis using good quality and fresh ingredients.
